First click flag of your country in the right up corner, next click "more", then scroll down and click "console", it opens command box where you can type, but not paste.

Till now I only know of legacy, manpower, diplomacy, gold and nuke, someone made a post about some of them before

In game folder find GV_Console.json, open it and edit command effect. GOLD gives 500 gold, in this file you can edit to whatever you want.
It looks like (i already edited the numbers):

You need to hover over the nation you want to explode. Click on the nation and hover over their land

How do you add a civilization in-game? Like how, in AOH2, you could release a vassal and pick any civilization. I would like to release Slovakia from Hungary, but I am in the 1354 start date. I tried creating a formable nation, but that didn't work.

I enter the command, but it is not sent, the keyboard just disappears, and the cheat is in the command line and does not work. I play on the iPad

In Age of History 3, to open the cheat menu, you usually need to press the "Shift + C" keys together.
