Great War Scenario Border Error

Although the "Great War" Scenario takes place in 1910, the Balkan borders also include the borders of 1914.

Yeah i was also wondering about it, I think it was made like that because ww1 scenario starting in 1914 would not give much time to prepare your country, thats why it begins in 1910. About the borders, I think Łukasz did it so like all the borders are already "ready" for ww1, I mean it could be a different scenario, but that would take more time to do scenarios for all balkan wars
