Editing a scenario uploaded as a mod deletes all other scenarios.

So, i tried to edit my scenario that i spent 9+ hours on. When i had saved the changes and went back to the scenario editor to check if the changes were there, they weren't. I continued trying to edit the same provinces, with no success after the process. Eventually, i'd try to go in-game and just play the unedited scenario. (Note: All the scenarios were there by then, as they should normally be.) But when i'd enter the scenario, there were no countries, no changes, no wasteland provinces, only neutral provinces. I'd return back to the editor, only to find all of the scenarios gone. There were no scenarios seen when i went back to the new game scenario menu either, no campaigns, no scenarios, nothing. I'd close the game and delete the custom scenario files, hoping it'd work. I'd go back into the game, only to find no scenarios yet again. I'd give up and uninstall the game, before installing it back. I'd enter the newly reinstalled game, but i'd be met with the same result. No scenarios, no custom scenarios, nothing. Absolutely NOTHING. Please, someone, help me with this, because it seems like i just wasted my money on this game that i had waited for since 2022.

I've checked both of them, and this is what i got. I've changed the save logs to file from true to false, and from false to true, but still nothing. Additionally, i don't know if everything in the txt is correct.

Because the changes are saved in the "map\Earth3\scenarios\" path and the unchanged scenario stays in "mods\NAME\map\Earth3\scenarios\". The mods folder path have priority, that's why in the game the changes are unchanged.

All scenarios disappearing is strange. I tried to replicate here and the scenarios didn't disappeared.

Update: I've fixed it, i think. I've removed the mod files, and the custom civs. The scenarios are back, but i don't know, maybe they were restored overnight?
