Civilization names being buggy

In that case, have the name of that civilization that's name is too big, only be loaded once at the start of the game and don't update the name to account for new annexations. Sure the name won't change when getting or losing new lands, however at least they will have a name on the map at all and it won't just be blank. Another option would be have the name update after something like every 1,000 turns instead of every turn.
