How can i create a new state (vassal) liberating conquered provinces? (AOH3)

Well, I'm playing AOH3 and I have taken Greece from the Ottomans, I would like to create the Greek state, does anyone know how I can do it?

Boss it is to release vassals i want to create states from my conquered provinces and make them my vassals xd im AOH2 i use to do that a lots,

I just dont want to own greece and i dont want ottomans to own it xd

the old feature should be added again or maybe you can add it with a mod, there should be a vassal creation from scratch

i found a solution adding a mod from computer to android version that adds cores
