ConRadical 20 Posted December 4, 2024 Instead of having to capture every single province needed for a formable, we could just capture important cities. For example, to form the UK, you can make it so that the only provinces required are London, Manchester, Birmingham, West Yorkshire, Glasgow, Southampton, and Liverpool.
