why is ageofcivilizationsgame.com down (sometimes)?

sometimes, when i go and try to access the forum, the website just keeps loading, loading, and loading, until it gives a internal server error (500). i used downforeveryoneorjustme.com to see if it was down just for me and it said that it was down for everyone. whats happening??????

This happened to me (Living in the US) after 4:00 PM and ending somewhere about 10:00 PM almost every day. today is a rare day on 7:00 PM it still working

most times i use the site at evening and night (and since i'm one timezone ahead) it rlly pisses me off

For you It would be starting at 17:00 there so the times match.

 

Also it's the server's error not ours, I searched up the text a while back

tru. ik it is smh in the servers, but, still want to find out

500 - is part of the HTTP response status codes.
500's - are Server error responses relateed errors. If it was 400's it would be users related problem.
Meaning if you get a 5xx error its global, for everyone trying to access the website. When its 4xx is user sepecific. One user can get it other maybe won't.

So, its server issue, what exactly the issues is. Don't know.
