Apple 171 Posted December 13, 2025 The age of discovery scenario in this game fascinates me. I believe it is the only official scenario in the entire AOC franchise to be literally broken. The nations of Oirat, Mughal Empire, and Mysore do not appear on the map at all at the start, but can be released as vassals from ICELAND for some reason. I got curious as to when this scenario takes place as well, since there is no start dates or years in general in AOC1. I used the existence of New Netherland, Dutch Brazil, Russian control of the Okhotsk region, the existence of the southern Ming, and the founding dates of some colonial era cities to determine that this scenario takes place between 1662 and September 1664.
