I have three cuestions:

1- how do I start to create a new province? because I always export the first one but then, when I try to draw a new one I only destroy the last one.

2- how do I eliminate provinces?

3- how do I create a sea province?

The owner of a game allows people to modify it and even gives the tools. this is why i got the PC version after playing on IOS for a year
