Yes, you can add any music to your likings into aoc2, i'll tell you how

1. Convert your Music to MP3
2. Convert your MP3 to an .ogg file
3. Place it in the Music File in AOC2 folder(Age of Civilizations 2 - Music)
4. then click the "Age of Civilization" folder at the top of the file
5. use Notepad or Notepad++
6. type *insert .ogg file name*.ogg;
7. then you have your own soundtrack.
