Other countries don't attack me like before

When I started playing this game I suffered a lot because several countries were attacking me, but after a while I replayed the game again because did not know why of so many attacks and that's where it got weird cuz no country attacks me now without me starting a war with them, could this be some mistake in the game or did I do something wrong? Did anyone ever notice that or was it just me?

set ur ai aggressive (higher=more country will attack you, lower=less country will attack you)

Additionally, sometimes the AI gets stuck at a certain aggression level. This is linked to the files, and going onto steam and verifying the game should fix this.
