How to change minimum army to attack

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to change the minimum requirements that a country needs to take over a tile. It's a bit annoying knowing that if you leave your area unprotected it can easily be overtaken by ten or so army troops. I want to bump it up to 500 or something

no option to change it...the only way to prevent ur province conquered is make more army there
