JustARandomSquid 1 Posted September 1, 2020 I noticed the AI of a country is extreeeemely reluctant to sell you their province in a trade deal. I was Russia, and I sent Iran a trade request. I gave Iran a province + 580000(!) gold + military access, and all it needed to give me was one province (i needed it to form the Soviet Union).
