Earth+ is a bad mod that was stolen from other reasonable mods, The dev aside from being an asshole is also a severe porn addict and sex offender. The reason you can't download is because the site is bad. just download something else.

I reccomend the second great war and hearts of aoh2 remastered, There are many more good mods like these:

-Bloody europe remastered

-1200

-Roma Invicta

-Conquerors 2

-addon 2.0 (once it releases)

-Age of imperialism (once it releases)

Sorry I don't know how to put the mod in the game for PC I'm on android but that is the link for the PC version of the mod. You'll have to ask someone else.

if you have it downloaded just execute the aoh2.exe file in the folder and it will start up. theres no installation process required. i guess if you want to merge contents from both you can just drag the contents from the mod into the original aoh2 and click to substitute all files. though expect some scenarios to be replaced or 'corrupted'
