My cities economies stuck at 99 and I can't do anything.

When I annex or colonize some provinces, their economies start to decrease, like from 500 to 99 for no reason.

I finally found out how to fix this, but you need to open the cheat console.

1. open cheat console.
2. select province with 99 economy.
3.type "economy" on the cheat console, press enter, and repeat until 10K + economy.
"or use autoclicker for good"
