How to change the flag of a country during the game

I've made a union with a country that i created and Indonesia, but now the flag of this country is horrible. Is there some way to change it?

Change your ideology to a different one and then change it back...it will revert the flag and the name too

I did that but doesn't work, in the files where's the union flag goes do you know??
