How port mod from android to PC

I creating mode on android but and know how to make it able to work on android BUT I don't know how to port this to PC. I know that I have to change classes.dex in classes.jar file and give folders like "game" or "map" but don't know how to change .dex into .jar and if it will be working if I just give "assets" folder. Can I get help? and sorry for my english
