Capital and other major cities

It can be cool if we can see the major cities and the capital in the country without click on the province:

-the capital would be a black square with white border

-cities with more than 1 million peoples would be a black circle with white border

-cities with between 1 million and 500 thousands peoples would have white circle

And this can be customizable.

Yes you're right. Since it's customizable, I think we can change the theme.

It can be done because the game has a very moddable feature.
