Aexolenius 3 Posted January 7, 2024 i think instead of doing a total acceptable culture there should be a system where there is nationality, culture, ideology and advancement of two nations. nationality should be like german for germany and austria etc but culture should be the dominant culture and cultures are such as pomeranian, silesian, bavarian etc. ideology should matter too like for example a nation that was ruled with monarchy for centuries and also being the dominant culture the same as the player(because the minorities would be more likely to accept foreign ideologies) shouldnt be easily able to accept. advancement should matter like it would be dumb to have usa unite with an african nation even if they were to be same culture, the people's advancement should matter too and this would make advancements not something that is always best since if you want to unite with one nation you should grow with them simutaneiously.
