Flags for ideologis

It would be cool if inside AOH3 you could change the flags for ideologies. Just going into the game files to change one flag is very long and inconvenient. It would also be cool if the portraits of rulers could be changed within the game, that is, when you press a certain button, an explorer window would open and you could go straight into the game.
Oh yes, will it be possible to make flags for countries in the game not only through the editor, but also add them from the Internet (that is, from Explorer)?
