Organization in the army?

Apart from morale and discipline, will there be such a thing as the organization of the army depending on the technological level?

This could help countries with the same military technology still be different in some way. After all, good organization was one of the most important advantages of the army of the Third Reich. The army may be good, but the country and the command are poorly organized due to for example bad comunication or conflicts between generals

I think this is important because I wonder how else to make it possible for Mongolia with less than 1 million people to conquer China with over 50 million people in the 13th century.

The technological difference between these countries was not that significant.

There must be one more factor influencing the military's combat capabilities

Można to zrobić w prosty sposób, wystarczy przez event dać taki bonus, np. +X% dyscypliny, czy +X ataku do jednostek na wybraną ilość lat.

Morale spadają, dyscyplina nie.

Dyscyplinę zdobywa się przez technologie, dziedzictwa itd. Bitwy wpływają na morale, na dyscyplinę nie.

This time, he didnt say "Naval Units will not be added." Maybe in first version wont be but maybe with dlcs or updates he will add the navy.
