Bugs, and Solutions about Chinese Characters.

First of all:

 

       I am a player from China and I love your games very much. There is no doubt that AOH2 and AOH3 is a fascinating game. But it has many bugs in Chinese language input method. I have a request that I want you to fix these program errors in AOH3. So I wrote this email. and players come from China will thank you very much.

 

Bugs in Chinese language input method:

 

        (I will replace "Chinese Language" with "CN" , and replace ''English Language" with "ENG" in the following text）

       As we all know, Chinese Language is a pictographic language. It means CN will not be typed conveniently like ENG. When we want to type ENG, we only need 26 letters to type it out. So you added 26 letters to AOH2. But when we want to type CN, we need millions of Chinese characters. But you only added about 5,000 or even fewer Chinese characters. We just can type Chinese characters which appeared in menu or the names of countries before.

       For example: It was worked when we want to type this word: "中国"(China in Chinese) , because it appeared before. But it was not worked when we want to type the word: "春秋"("春"means Spring,"秋"means Autumn, but "春秋" is a period's name in China BC770-BC476), because it not appeared before and there was no "春秋" in the language files about Chinese characters.

       So, it is difficult when Chinese player want to named countries, provinces and cities even event descriptions.

       We are very helpless, so we turn to you for help.

 

Solutions from me:

 

       I am a 17-year-old student, and I am not familiar with programming. I hope my solutions can help you to solve this bugs. If you have a better plan, that would be great.

       I recommend that you should add more Chinese characters. Not only the Chinese characters which appeared before, but also others Chinese characters. The more, the better. There are many files about Chinese character on the internet. If you can not find out, ask for me and I will try to help you.(I am online in the weekends)

Same issues with Cyrilic alphabet its very buggy to name my cities....
