Core and diplomacy editor in scenario settings

Hello Lukasz, I have a question about the scenario editor in your recent video Age of history 3 March, it is very good, and is more better than the scenario editor in aoh2 👍 

I have a question concerning 2 options in the scenario editor that were in aoh2, but in the video in aoh3 there aren't / are not shown:

In aoh2 scenario editor there is an option to edit diplomacy between civilizations (alliances, lords and vassals, relations between civilizations, guarantee independence, etc...)

Cores and population editor: editing Civilizations cores, adding cores, removing them, giving civilizations cores on land that they don't own, but have a claim: (for example Both Koreas claim and have a core on the whole Peninsula, even though they each only own have of it)

 

Those features/ options in the scenario editor are very important for scenario makers and modders 🙏 if they aren't in the game already, please add them, thank you for reading, and have a good day

With the core and population settings we should also be able to make civilizations that have core inside a civilization (for example Catalonia having cores in Spain) and when a rebellion happens/ a Civilization liberates it they become independent from their previous owner
