No it is not, and this merging is considered illegal by international standards, the biggest city and administrative capital of israel is tel aviv, the only thing jerusalem has to be the capital is the american consulate

Jerusalem is Israeli capital. As the user above mentioned, the Jerusalem Law (although not supported by the UN) proclaimed the city as the capital of all Israel. Nothing you can really do it about it

So No Legal Backing And Recognition Outside Of US and Allies, Not administrative capital, small city, And Very Behind Economically

 

'If Lukasz adds this he's just trying to trigger people, the most moderate position to take to not upset his fanbase is to make the capital tel aviv, otherwise he might be sending a certain message
