Are The Dynamic City Names Feature Abandoned?

Previously the feature was in the works and the whole community gave lukasz help by listing the names needed

 

but with no culture system, and the feature missing from all scenarios, was it abandoned, or is it delayed until the culture issue is fixed or will it come on alpha release?

I'm pretty sure it isn't abandoned, it's working in the 1440 scenario, with Kaliningrad and Gdansk under the teutonic order being named Königsberg and Danzig, and Lviv under Poland being named Lwow, same thing for Byzantine Constantinople

In the 2024 scenario istanbul is called constantinople. if you could check for me if they are named that in the 2022 scenario i would appreciate it
