The targets of oppression by authoritarian/monarchy governments/parties are definitely the protestors/rebellions and religious organizations. Because it can really increase or decrease the stabilization & supportness of your political party and country. If stability is too low, people will start demonstrating (Some buildings or factories may be damaged, etc..) At this time we can choose to change the government or improve the economy, otherwise a revolutionary war will break out between the people and the government. This would be great!
