Personal Union - Idea To Fix The Austrian Dilemma

The Idea Is - Since Unions Are Too OP Then Maybe Personal Unions ARE the way to go - The Idea Of Personal Unions Relies On One King Ex: The King Of Austria Serving as the monarch to multiple other Kingdoms Ex: Styria, Bohemia ETC ETC, all the civs would have the same color which will be the color of the civ the player chose, the player will have the option to appoint someone represent him for that civilization and keep it stable, and you are able to build, develop, Control Diplomacy thru the diplomacy tab where you would have the options to declare war only and do anything you would be able to do with a normal civilization, you can even recruit armies to help you fight and control them BUT they would have the flag of the civ you recruited them from and will be considered allies in war but won't gain any lands unless you assign to them, but they will be able to occupy territory, note that not giving them land might anger then and cause the smelly peasants to declare a new king and you might lose recognition, this will happen depending on how long the war is and how many casualties are suffered from the land + how much you recruited, additionally if you achieve a personal union with all the civilizations of a certain kingdoms of a certain culture or sub culture (if those are ever added) you get the title king of the (culture peoples names) which changes based on the culture ie: Shah of Persia, Khan Or Sultan Of The Turks (Based On horde or monarchy) King of Espana, these can be achieved by conquest too and give you bonuses that i will leave to @Łukasz Jakowski to decide 

 

 

After Finishing certain mission's you get the option to form an absolute union with the civilizations you are in a personal union with, they will keep their cores and their culture, they just won't cause an instability
