Separation of Ideology and ruling system

As The Title says, it makes no sense to have Dictatorship as an ideology when you can have Communist dictatorships, Or Having Democracy as an Ideology when you can have Social Democracies and Islamic Democracies (theocratic Democracy Pretty Much)

 

Which Is Why I Suggest This: Separation Of Ruling System And Ideology

 

 

 

Ruling System's Will Be:

 

Democracy (Cannot Be Paired With Authoritarian Or Fascism)

 

Constitutional Monarchy (Cannot Be Paired With Authoritarian Or Fascism)

 

Absolute Monarchy (Can Only Be Paired With Authoritarian and Islamism Ideologies)

 

Republic (Cannot Be Paired With Authoritarian Or Fascism)

 

Dictatorship (can only be paired with communism, Islamism, Nazism, Socialism And Fascism)

 

Autocracy 

 

Theocracy (Cannot Be Paired With Communism, Socialism, Or Liberalism As Ideology)

 

Semi Democracy (ruler Is Voted In Until Death Or Coup)

 

Ideologies Will Be:

 

Liberal/Liberalism (When Paired With Democracy Or Constitutional Monarchy / Republic You Get Secular Democracies Which Have No State Religion And Don't Convert Provinces To Any Faith + you can choose nationalism alongside it)

 

Communist/Communism (When Paired With Anything Except Theocracy You Get Atheism As State Religion + you can choose nationalism alongside it)

 

Socialist/Socialism (Doesn't Have To Be Atheistic Like Communism + you can choose nationalism alongside it)

 

Merchant State (To Substitute Merchant Republic, Can Only Be Paired WITH Republic And Autocracy)

 

Islamic/Islamism  (you can choose nationalism alongside it)

 

Authoritarian (cannot be paired with democracy, Constitutional monarchy or republic + Communism, Socialism is an option alongside it, but nationalism is not an option alongside it)

 

Fascist/Fascism (cannot be paired with democracy, Constitutional monarchy, or republic + nationalism  is an option alongside it)

 

Nazi/Nazism (cannot be paired with democracy, Constitutional monarchy, or republic + automatically comes with nationalism alongside it)

 

National Socialism (Doesn't Have To Be Atheistic Like Communism + you can choose nationalism alongside it)

 

Tribal/Tribalism (Can Only Be Paired With Absolute Monarchy)

 

Parliamentary/Parlimentalism  (can only be paired with democracy, Constitutional monarchy, or republic + you can choose nationalism alongside it)

 

Nationalist/Nationalism (Cannot Be Paired With Autocracy + you can choose some Ideologies above Alongside It other than Tribalism, And Daimyo)

 

Daimyo (can only be paired with dictatorships or absolute monarchies)

 

 

The Bonuses Of Picking Nationalism + another Ideologies are the average of both OR lukasz could add them himself if he wants to)

 

the system is complicated when it comes to what you can and cannot pair, but otherwise its a simple idea that i think should be added

(Note: Islamism Is not the ISIS ideology, Islamism Refers to the governing of a state using sharia, those are different things)

I think the thing that could stop the idea is when we create scenarios and have to put governments and ideologies for 500 countries. To make the idea more likely to be implemented is to combine, to create mixtures. Then we must save it, so no need to repeat the same thing for the 300 micro-nations in HRE.

Example (random, dont consider the mix) :

Dictatorship + communism : the government for the Soviet Union

Parliamentary monarchy + fascism : the government for Italy

yeah that's a good idea to implement this actually, i agree, but having a communist democracy in spain would be really fun and would feel customizable
