Ability to have no state Religion (secularism) and atheism as a state religion (state atheism)

This concept is really simple, in 2022, all the civ's have assigned religions which makes no sense since the USA for example is very diverse but wouldn't convert provinces to catholicism because they don't promote religion IRL

 

this option really just adds a new option for religion: No State Religion Is An Option, it removes the debuffs for all religion And Buffs but adds +5% stability, additionally, atheism will convert slowly in provinces with high development, this option won't be available until the french revolution though 

 

 

state atheism on the other hand is a whole different thing, the state will opress religion and will convert provinces to atheism quickly, though if the state re adopts a religion the provinces will convert somewhat quicker but there will be massive instability

 

this is fairly simple to implement, all you have to do is add atheism as a religion option and the only thing that might take effort is the no state religion thing

I agree, Atheism should be in the game after 1900s, with the ideology of Communism.
