Mysteryan 0 Posted March 4, 2019 (edited) I started with a tribal civilization. When I got to 3.5 technology, I evolved it into a monarchy. From that point, I realize that I can only move my troops within my provinces, unable to invade an uncolonized province. How to solve this problem and why is it caused? Frio 17 Posted May 18, 2019 (edited) When you are a tribe, you are emigrating to other provinces to gain technology faster and arrive the fastest as possible at 0.35 technology to have the monarchy. When you arrive at the monarchy, you cannot emigrate again because you're already a civilization. So, to go to other provinces, you have to colonize. To make the colonization, you have to click to the province you want to move and pay the number of gold that is said. When you had already the gold, pay it and you will have that province. That province that you're going to move, have to stay on your borders or, when you want to take and island, you have to carry on little army on the ocean that touch the island and pay the quantity of gold, and that's it.
