Natural Disasters

I think it's a good idea to add natural disasters as random events in AoH 3,like earthquakes,floods,tsunamis,volcanic eruption,avalanche and etc. Those disasters affects economy,population,infrastructure and etc. Also this might affect army loss to.

And lastly "Natrual Disasters" must have enable and disable features.

What do you all think?
