I have one question too: Will be possible to establish and release a vassal by event ?

Well, I think it's obvious. There is annexation and vassalization outcomes for sure, so establishing vassals by events should be possible. Also, there is event in WW2 scenarios which results in Czechoslovakia becoming puppet of Germany (or even splitting into Moravia and Slovakia, but we don't know yet)

It's a pity we won't be able to create custom puppets, because this feature was one of the highlights of AoH 2.

It not only allowed you to customize countries: create german commissariats during WWII, create occupation zones after Hitler's defeat, but also, for example, create independent colonies in the New World, which unleashes your hands for waging wars in the Old World, freeing you from expanding territories in the middle of nowhere.

And in general, many players like not only to take over the world, absorbing more and more inside their superstate, but also to create a vast network of puppets that would guard the borders of their metropolis.

What's more: how about “balkanizing” countries? Let's say you have a powerful enemy: you can't just conquer him - it would take too long to integrate his territories - but also you can't just let him remain united even if under your rule - such a powerful country will surely take revenge. Fracturing a country is a great solution, but sometimes it becomes impossible. What if your opponent simply doesn't have any minor nationalities in his provinces? How do you divide his state then?

So please consider bringing this feature back into the game. It gives a huge diplomatic and political freedom to the player.
