Add demiliarzed zone for Rhineland & Bosphorus

Maybe this can work as impassable Terrain type kinda like hoi4 idk but it wouldnt be too hard making Terrain thats physically there so like not a  wasteland but simply milliatrally impassable and can also be applied to areas like Sahara, rub al khali, thick jungles like Amazon or himayalas region basically impassable zone which soliders cant pass thru

Really cool idea. I hope we can do that in Peace treaties too.
