Will you add province governors to own some provinces?

The more experienced the governor is, the more income and resources you can gain, and buildings are faster to build.

I have an addition to Your idea.

That is as follows:

At first a governor can only have a tiny amount of provinces. That number increases with the experience of said governor

The higher the rank of your country, the more governors you can have. For example if your country is an empire you can have up to 10 governors. 

Although i do not think they should generate money. They should in turn make building quicker, and cheapen investment and conversion costs, but they should take a quite big amount of money, so that they are not overpowered.
