ItalianB4ll21 43 Posted October 1, 2024 (edited) I was thinking, how about adding to the vassals some sort of option, or "switch", that would be called "control the vassal"? Here are some characteristics and things about this "switch": 1) If this option is activated it would give the lord the ability to manage the vassal by almost every point of view, a bit like as if the vassal becomes some sort of "indipendent region", that has its economy, army, etc.. but that it's all controlled by the player as a separated country. 2) If this option is activated (Control the vassal), the vassal's desire of indipendence might start to rise, and faster than normal, especially if the country hasn't a good relationship with the lord or is over-exploited by the lord, and if the country becomes independent the lord would obviously loose the control over it. 3) If this option is activated, the AI that once controlled the vassal before the lord, depending by the relations between the vassal and the lord, might send a message to the lord, as the vassal, and ask for autonomy, and so trying to regain control of the country. If the proposal is accepted, the AI regains control of the vassal and the lord looses it. But if the proposal is rejected the country could worsen the relations with the lord or even get independence. 4) To use the vassal during the game, once that the option is activated, you have to click 2 times on his capital city, and when you finish to use it, to return back to play with the lord you have just to click 2 times on the capital city of the lord. Ok, soo tell me what you think, and if I missed something. Edited October 1, 2024 by ItalianB4ll21
