Age of History 3 - How to Declare War and Make Demands in a Peace Treaty

Recommended Posts

I think that the capitulation mechanics should be like in HOI4 when you capture the most important cities the country should capitulate and if the capital of the country is taken the civilization should be able to change the capital during the conflict.

This could be a game changer if Lukasz wants to accept this idea or maybe try to imposes capitulation score based on the importance of regions  for example: if the Eastern Roman Empire fight the Sassanid Empire and the Romans conquer Mesopotamia that should inflict a lot of warscore percentage 20% of the Sassanid Empire might be possible eventually to get more quantity of warscore like I said and try to negotiate with the Romans or vice versa for the Sassanid.

The second example is if the romans lose the Balkan Peninsula that will affect the stability of the Empire and at the same time will inflict or add a crucial warscore like 45% into the enemy favour which can increase the capitulation score but at the same time the capitulation score has to be calculate in base of the region importance and not 95% of the nation should be conquered like Lukasz said because that will be a pain in the ### for many of the player due to the new RTS mechanics of the game (i'm not completely right here maybe).

Ps:sorry for grammatical errors if they exists , and thanks for the attention attributed.

I will tag you guys to answer on this opinion  @OwnM3Z0  @Wayne23lololh

I will tag you to ask about your opinion about this @OwnM3Z0

its a great idea, but i don't think its needed given that you can annex without conquering all the provinces now using the warscore feature, so this feels like it would make things too easy if it is kept along with the warscore

I think this system can be good if something would stop country from annexing the whole country, but in some situations with different countries differently, the whole. For example ideology, culture of other provinces, doctrine or something like this.
