How come there r ethnic groups, nationalities, trade requests, anatartica & removing cores in game code when u said some of those features that they arent coming

This is simply a text file containing all the texts, though not all of them are used in the game.

Imagine Lukasz wants to make an update, for example, a cooking feature, he would ask the translation of it with some other ideas like living room and door mode at the same time (I use random example)
