Fixed issues where, upon loading the game, bonuses for Civilization Advantages and Civilization Legacies wouldn’t load. Constantinople now changes its city name to Istanbul when controlled by Turkey. Fixed flags for Maine and Louisiana. Fixed the image of the Syrian leader.
