Suggestions for overall Gameplay

I have a few suggestions I'd like added for future updates to the game. I personally feel like these updates would upgrade the game quality for everyone, not just a specific niche group enjoying specific parts of a game.

Diplomacy:
Add more diplomatic actions. The diplomatic ui is lackluster atm, you can't even annex vassals. As well as this I'd like to have peace deals expanded where yoh can take provinces from belligerents and give land to allies. Wars should also not end after occupying only one enemy. 

Cultures:
I'd really like to see cultures added. Currently population is extremely simplified with pops not apart of a cultural or class identity. I don't think pops need a class identity specifically, though it would be nice, but I do think they need culture. Not everyone was the same group of people, cultures different from yours should naturally have more unrest and be harder to rule over. I personally think cultures would be a wonderful addition to this game.

Naval Combat:
There is no navy. Naval warfare throughout history has been extremely important, like how the British Navy prevented anyone from crossing the channel to invade them. Navies could blockade ports inflicting devastation and starving out the people. It just feels lackluster without it. 

Colonial Nations:
At the moment it appears as though your colonies are solely apart of your nation. I think they should be represented as they are in eu4, as they are geographically far away and hard to control, they should be colonial nations that are your vassals.
