mordred 12 Posted January 29 (edited) @Łukasz Jakowski I know I put this as a aoh3 tag, aside from that, I don't know if you've been asked or suggested these things before, but can you add mission/event trees with how you did for aoh3, add different alliance types, similar to how you did it in aoh3, where they had their own alliance types (like defensive and hre for this instance) with their own flags chosen through tags, and lastly, if possible increase the cap of the limit of provinces for modding capabilities, like increasing the province limit or finding a way to reduce problems caused by provinces, this would help more province heavy mods such as Project vita 2.1 or Megamod, I'm basically asking for some of the more interesting features from aoh3 to be in this game, since these would greatly help with scenario making and modding Edited February 4 by mordred Das Moss Man
mordred 12 Posted February 4 (edited) Some more ideas I just came up with:a good way of making mercenaries useful would be to either make them cheaper than the average army or make them have higher technology than the nation that could recruit them, since you've mentioned that a nations technological difference is important in this game, also can you make another series in how to mod this version of the game when you can? Łukasz Jakowski 13,380 Posted February 4 Mercenaries are more costly because they do not drain your population like regular recruitment. You pay more, get an army instantly, and do not lose population in your provinces. The values can be changed in the GameValue files. Also, will you be able to extend what characters can be used to make custom ideology icons in the base game? (for example, were stuck with only using the alphabet, but is there a way to add numbers and other symbols into this Aswell?) I'm sorry for asking so many modding related questions, but in my opinion, modding is one of the reasons that this games predecessor and its community (aoh2) lasted as long as it did.
