border fix island borders?

i was splitting the carribean islands and i ran into this issue



i have no idea how to fix this, i dont want that black border line there

also i accidentally messed up the andorra border how do i fix that?


even tho i dont think anyone even browses the forums anymore, and if they do they are also looking for help, ill ask a third question

how do i make a leader across multiple countries?
i gave king charles the third the uk, canada, bahamas and so on but he only appeared in south georgia and the south sandwich islands
