Missions not working

@Łukasz Jakowski Why missions dont work when i play as a country (i cant complete them even if i did conditions needed for the mission) but they work when i'm spectating and AI can normally do these missions and complete them?

so as i wrote, you cant complete some missions (you have like 4 missions on Prussia which works but others dont). You cant do this missions as a player, but when you're spectating AI has no problems in completing this missions. It came when i was trying to make missions on England and they didn't worked. And it's happening always.

If you wanna reproduce the bug you should:

Open the scenario (1700 Europe on map Earth 4k provinces)

You can play France or Prussia (France cant do any of its missions, prussia cant do mission "Join war of Spanish succesion" if player plays this countries)

You will notice, that even if you have right conditions, you cant do these missions. 

Then you can go to spectator mode or make new game in spectator mode and you will notice, that AI can do these missions normally. I dont know what have i done wrong.

as you can see on this screen, i have over 100 000 soldiers, but i cant complete this mission (i give right condition in events)

in this screen i conquered the swedish livonia, but i cant complete mission (i have all required provinces)

in new update also i had something like i can complete mission for 1 turn, but if i skip the turn i cant complete mission anymore.

Thanks, your scenario helped a lot. This issue was with the menu itself.

An update for PC will be released soon, which will include this fix.
