Naqi 0 Posted June 27, 2019 Diplomatic relation between nations just stalled at 0 even when they are allies or fighting each other. It does not change with improve relation/ insult. It's very annoying because you can't send an ultimatum or make an alliance. Can't demand provinces/ annexation, thus you have to go to war with even a weaker nation. Such a waste of time.
