Here is a little tutorial on how to correctly install the scenario:

1. Download the zip file below
2. Extract Files at the "Other Dimension" zip file
3. Dropt files in "Countries" to the    Steam / Steamapps / common / AgeofCivilizationsII / game / civilizations_editor
4. Dropt files in "1564065689986ygiyzntp" to   Steam / Steamapps / common / AgeofCivilizationsII / map / Earth / scenarios
