I think it has to be around 500k. Don't do it unless to deal with inflation.

I also have a problem with this. I tried to buy a province from a country where I had high relations with and I gave them over a million, but they still didn't accept it.

I add only once the opportunity to buy one but that's nearly impossible, needs a fix

They will accept 40k for a province, however if it is there Core they will never accept no matter how much you offer.

Nope even if it isn't their core, they won't accept it. At least in my game

If the province is their core or core construction is higher than 70% they will never accept.

Managed to buy 2 provinces, for 2mil...

Definitely broken, each of the provinces bought had around 12K population and by no means are worth 2 Million, other than for the sake of experiment i wouldn't recommend spending money on buying provinces, you would be way better off using that cash to raise a 600K army and just rolling over an entire continent with it

You have to request provinces under 65% stability, and you need about 100k for each province.

On my AOC2 i managed to buy every province for free.
I didnt tamper with the game files. i have no idea why this is happening

I managed to buy provinces a few times. Usually the provincie needs to be far from the capital of the country you want to buy the provincie from and you need to have very good relations with that country as well
