Speedrun - BEII - Panceltia (No cheats, Singleplayer, No Unions, Default Scenario)

So I've done my fisrt speedrun, and the first ever speedrun of a formable nation, one done it on the latest version of the bloody Europe 2 mod, forming Panceltia as Ireland, proof is below and the rules of the speedrun are in the title, try breaking my record 😉
