Game is Broken

I changed the German flag in the files and since then the game still starts, but when I load my saved game, I'm thrown back into the start screen. If I open the saved game again, it loads, but if I open the land menu (tab), for example, the screen flickers and I can't do anything until I close the land menu again. I already reset the flag but I still have the same problem. I urgently need help because I have 1500h+ playing time in my saved game and don't want to start over.
