Cant see City/Province names

Hello! I have recently backed up some files and Re-installed the game because i needed to reset a scenario (i didnt find any other way). After I installed it again, i went on a game and noticed i cant see any city and province names, even after i clicked them. How do i fix this?

Fyi, i did put back the "cities" game file back in the game files.
