Lukasz should add an option to do goods investments on only chosen provinces.

For example if you are russia and you dont want to waste money on the siberian provinces, you should be able to just do investments on the chosen province.

i am talking about goods investments (population and stuff) and i mean it by like painting it and only multiple provinces

You will be able to click on a province on the map to invest in the province.

Will be also special menu with sorted provinces by population, economy etc.
