If unit morale will drop under 40% or 30% the entire army change sides of the war and goes to the enemy with general or start rebelion with general. It will be possible that rebel army wins the war against us and we will be able to continue game but with new goverment and new ruler (new ruler will be general of the rebellious army or new ruller can be also random) It will be possible situation like Idi Amin's military junta in Uganda or something like that.
